Seal 'n Lock Super Wet Look Paver Sealer

Seal 'n Lock, Super Wet Look, 2 part Paver Sealer is, by far, the best looking, longest lasting and most protective sealer I have found. Super Wet Look provides an elegant shine with superior sand joint stabilization and long lasting protection.

Concrete Coatings

For Concrete Coating & Sealing we use:

For high traffic areas such as driveways & garage floors we use H&C COLORTOP Solvent-Based Solid Color Concrete Sealer. This is a deep penetrating sealer. Unlike any sort of concrete "paint" it will never peel, has superior stain resistance, and has a beautiful, decorative look. It is very easy to keep clean -- most stains will simply wash off with rain or a good rinse with a garden hose. Even on High Traffic areas this product will last for many years before a maintenance coat may be desired.

For low traffic areas, and where an eco-friendly, low VOC product is desired H&C COLORTOP Water-Based Solid Color Concrete Stain is available. This provides very similar results without the harsh smelling chemicals.

Garage Floor Deco Flakes

"Epoxy Flakes" is the more common garage floor colored flake look. Epoxy eventually yellows after some years, especially in areas subject to sunshine. I use a commercial product which provides a much more durable finish that will not fade and is far more resistant to scratching and stains. It provides an easy to clean hard shine that will last for decades. This product was developed for commercial use is warehouses and showroom flooring.
